Minnie Mouse Birthday Invites

Evening Stampers!  Well it was suppose to rain today here in Cali…it sure looks like it now. Super cold outside! Perfect Stampin' Weather though…of coures it's always perfect stampin' weather! ; )

Minnie Mouse small invites I wanted to show you what I've been working on. Gave you a little peak yesterday. Well my friends grand-daughther is turning 2 and I was asked to make her Birthday invites.  I also made her 1 yr invites too. ; )  Well this year it's a Minnie Mouse theme and here is the card I did.

I love how it turned out!  Ok, now I have to say there is a little something missing on the bottom right hand corner.  In the Minnie Big Invite or bday card next photo you'll see the little added touch to this invite.

I know you can't tell in the photo the card above is a Note Card size.  The one below is a standard size card.

Here is what I used to make the cards:

Stamp Set: On your Birthday
Cardstock: Whisper White, Pretty in Pink & Pink Pirouette, Basic Black & Melon Mambo
Ink:  Melon Mambo
Accessories:  Circle Punches – 1 1/4, 1 3/8, 1 3/4 for ears, 2 1/2 for face, Big Shot, Polka Dot embossing folder, Dimensionals, Glue Dots, Note Size Card from Stampin' Up! pg. 171 (These come with the notecards and envelopes) Cardstock is scored.

Build a Blossom Birthday Card

Build a Blossom BirthdayEvening Stampers,

I wanted to share this card I made for my Mom's Birthday. I am really LOVING the new Build a Blossom Set from Stampin' Up! and of course with the coordinating punch set.

This is a 2 step stamp set. What did I do? How did I do it? What did I use?

Stamp set:  Build a Blossom, Teeny Tiny wishes
Ink: Regal Rose, Blushing Bride, Choclate Chip, Pear Pizzazz
Cardstock: Whisper White, Blushing Bride, Chocolate Chip, Pear Pizzazz
Accessories: Build a Blossom Punch, Modern Label & Word window punch, Eyelet border punch, 1 1/4 cirle punch, Dazzling Diamond Glitter

1.  Using Blushing Bride ink stamp the solid image on Whisper White cardstock, then with Regal Rose Stamp the Out Line image on top of that.  Stamp your out line leaf image on Pear Pizzazz cardstock with Pear Pizzazz ink – Punch out all your images.

2.  I attached Chocolate Chip cardstock to the base of the card which is Blushing Bride and used the eyelet border punch on the bottom half.

3.  With the Teeny Tiny wishes stamp set stamp your sentiment with chocolate ink and punch out using the Word Window Punch.

4.  Using Pear Pizzazz Cardstock punch out your shape with the Modern label punch and attach the sentiment to it. Punch out a 1 1/4 inch circle in Regal Rose or Blushing Bride. It doesn't matter what color you won't see it.

5.  Layer your Petals on the 1 1/4 inch Circle punch, attach the center with dimensionals – attach your flower with dimensionals to your card.

That is it! Hope you liked this card. I've got some more shares coming. Thanks for stopping by and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.

Valentine Nugget Holder

Valentine Nugget Treat Holder

Evening Stampers!  So this is the last project we did at my Valentines Class.  I SO loved how easy this project was to make.

I got this idea from another Demonstrator Becky Roberts (Inking Idaho) What a great site she has. But she made these during the Holidays and I saw them on Stampin' Connection. (A site for SU Demos) and new I was going to have to make them!

I think this was another hit! Super easy using the Wilton Pretzel bags, trimmed 2 1/2 inched from the top. Made the topper (2 1/2 x 3) fold the 3" part in half and attach to bag. It was a perfect fit. DSP size for the nuggets I used are 1 x 3.

Decorate as desired! Tomorrow I'll be sharing a card I made with the Build a Blossom set.

Hope you all have a very wonderful weekend! Tomorrow I'm heading to Anaheim with the boys for "Monster Jam".  What the heck was I thinking? I could of had the day all to myself for stamping, stamping and yes, stamping! LOL!!!

Thanks for stopping by and Happy Stampin',
