I like the polished stone tech. Makes the card look expensive.

Wow Yvonne! Congrats on your 5000 mark! I think my NEW favorite technique is embossing and coloring on vellum. I resisted trying it for a while but then that bloomin’ beautiful stamp set came in the mail! It’s a great technique for this set!

My favorite technique is using the liquid applique and the crystal effects. It always adds a nice touch to any card. I like things that pop and are raised so these two products are awesome. Of course the liquid applique is only available during the holiday season but that little tube goes a long way.

I just discovered your website and am glad I did! As for my favorite technique, I just discovered that you can use the watercolor crayons on glossy paper, swiping them back and forth across the entire page (use several colors). Then, pounce over the entire area with an aqua blender. You end up with a Monet-style impressionist background. It looks great for a more serious card. Thanks for asking!

    Hi!
This is my very first visit to your blog. I found it because I was at SCS and saw your very cute card (fold flap) and purse. I love the color combo you used.
I have to say my favorite technique is the prisma pencils and gamsol. I really love the way the colors POP with the gamsol.
Thanks for sharing..and for a chance to win some blog candy.

hello there! i just figured out what blog candy was… as soon as i update my own and people start stopping by, i’ll have fun doing the blog candy giveaways. 🙂
my favorite technique is the ever-so-simple coloring with markers (preferably SU!) on plastic (usually my stamp cases) and then picking up the color with either a blender pen or an aqua painter… before this came out, i used a water color brush, but that was so messy! it gives stamps such an easy, fun wash of color and takes but seconds. 🙂
