Quick & Easy Bookmarks

Pirate Bookmark

GBook Marksood Morning Stampers!

Just wanted to post this super cute project today before I head of to work!

Awhile back my son had a corner bookmark he got from a friend and it was a pirate. It was falling apart and he asked me to fix it. So of course I did!

His classmates really liked it and kept asking where he got it from.

Well over the weekend I had a little time in my craft room SO I made all his classmates a bookmark!  Aren’t these the cutest???

Well they where a hit!  Don’t these just make you smile??? I LOVE them!

Anyway, I am making a quick video on how to make these. I will post  as soon as it’s done! Monster Book Mark 2I’m almost done with it just need to edit it!

Couldn’t resist this close up picture!

Thanks for stopping by and as always…

Top Note Bunny Box

Bunny Top Note Favor Box 1

Who new I was going to have to make a box? LOL! This could not be helped at all what so ever!

As I mentioned in a previous Post I had Bunny parts everywhere so I just whipped it right up!

Here is what I used:

The Big Shot – Oh Yeah! Top Note Die

Cardstock: Whisper White, Basic Black, Pretty in Pink

Punches: Wide Oval – outter ear and feet, Large Oval – inside of ear

Circle Punches, 1 1/4, 1', 1/2, small circle from the 3 pk of punches then the small heart punch turned upside down for the nose

Scraps of white thin strips for whiskers,

Bunny Top Note Favor Box Stampin' Dimensionals, I also sponged with Basic Gray ink around the ears, feet and cheeks.

Black Marker and white gel pen. Last but not least Certainly Celery ribbon for her cute little bow.

Oh almost forgot The Fancy Favor Box Die.  NOW that's all I used.

Thanks for stopping by if you have any questions please let me know.

Easter Bunny Box

So sorry for not posting sooner!  Lot's going on! But I will have tons of posts coming with super fun 3d projects and cards.  This Easter Bunny Box was inspired by Sandi MacIver! I LOVED her Bunny Box and just had to make one.  She has a template on her website but I used my Big Shot Dies for this.  Hope you like!  As always I appreciate you stopping by and taking a peek….promise to keep the ideas coming sooner.  Baseball for the Metz household is almost over so I'll be able to post here more.

Bunny box
Easter Bunny Box supplies! All are Stampin' Up!

Card Stock: Whisper White, Basic Black, Pretty in Pink and So Saffron, I am so sorry I don't know the name of the DSP off hand but it is retired and I had a stash of it! ; )

Heart Small punch, 1/2 Circle punch for the eyes, 1/4 circle for the inside of the eyes and the the toes,  3/4 circle for the bottom of his foot, slivers of whishper white for the whiskers. Daf. Blast from the past

Good Morning Stampers! Hope your Tuesday is going well! I wanted to share a project that I shared awhile ago and I didn't realize that the link to the original person I got it from is no longer available OR that I never put the measurements for the project!  So I would like to do that now.  Which project am I talking about you ask?  Well it was and still is a very addicting one, yes I am still making them and they are just the easiest and cutest things ever!  You can see that link HERE!

Valentine Nugget Purse Holder 1It's the Nugget Purse OR Ghirardelli Purse Holder.  I did a video on the the Ghirardelli Size which you can view HERE  and the Nugget purse is put together the same way it's just different measurements.  Which I'll give you now with a few tips.

 Nugget Purse Holder:

Card-stock measures 3 x 5
Score as follows:

3" side – 1/2 in each side I did 2 1/2 turn then 2 1/2 on other side

Valentine Nugget Purse Holder 5" side – 1 1/4 and 1 3/4 this is the front of the purse so if you are using a patterned paper make sure that when scoring it looks upside down. When you fold it UP it will be the right way. Does this make sense? If not let me know I can always take photos so you can see it.

Ok, so now the tip on how to get more bang for your buck.  If you have the 6×6 Designer Series Patterned Paper that you can choose when you Host a Party you can get 2 purses out of it PLUS the wrappers for your nuggets!

What no LEFT OVERS? LOL! Love it!

Here is the photo so you can see how I did this.

Well I sure hope this is  helpful and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
